Charges are pending against a 42-year-old Warsaw woman after an 11-year-old boy told his dad "he just wants his mom to be a mom again."
The boy's father and ex-husband of the suspect told Warsaw police that his son is concerned with the woman's drug use.
The woman is reportedly "stoned all the time" and the boy asked his dad to get his mom some help.
Police went to the woman's home Thursday evening and, with her consent, searched it for drugs. Police said a marijuana cigarette was found on the bed and that the woman told them she was just getting ready to smoke it when they arrived. She then allegedly pulled two tins out from under the bed and opened them to reveal plastic bags containing marijuana.
The marijuana was confiscated as evidence in the case.
