Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a single-vehicle collision Saturday around 8:30 a.m. on East U.S. 30 near South CR 325E in Warsaw. According to a KCSD crash report, the driver, Nakya M. Ramseyer, 18, Fort Wayne, dozed off behind the wheel and left the roadway, then overcorrected and rolled down an embankment. Though Ramseyer was not injured, the crash report stated she admitted to using methamphetamine and marijuana prior to the accident. She was subsequently transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a blood draw.
