Emergency crews responded to this accident on Ind. 25 in Palestine shortly after 4 a.m. this morning. The driver, Trent A. Templin, 27, Warsaw, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or more. A crash report had not yet been filed at time of press.
