Maintaining the water quality of Dewart Lake is the topic of discussion in a public meeting Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Camp Logan.
The entrance to the camp is at CR 1000N and CR 450E.
The purpose of the meeting is to gather water quality concerns from the public that will be used to focus this summer's lake diagnostic study.
This study, funded by a Lake and River Enhancement Grant and the Dewart Lake Protective Association, will scientifically determine the baseline water quality and recommend educational and engineering projects that will maintain or enhance Dewart Lake's water quality.
A representative from JF New Inc., Walkerton, will attend the meeting.
