Colt Lundy, 15, and Paul Gingerich, 12, will face murder charges as adults after a hearing today in Kosciusko Juvenile Court.
The decision came this afternoon from Judge Duane Huffer.
No decision on a third boy, Chase Williams, 12, was made today.
Williams' part of the case was severed from other two juveniles since he's not charged with murder.
The Times-Union has learned the Kosciusko County Jail made special provisions to house Lundy and Gingerich in the jail seperate from the general population and will be under 24-hour observation.
Since they are being charged as adults, the two minors cannot be housed in a juvenile facility.
The charges were a result of the April 20 murder of Phillip Danner, 49, in his home on Doswell Boulevard in Cromwell.
