Detroit Street at Winona Avenue Lane Restrictions Listed

Staff Report-
Detroit Street near the intersection with Winona Avenue will be reduced to only one northbound and one southbound lane today and Friday.
Traffic will not be able to go east on Winona Avenue from this intersection. Winona Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Detroit Street and Park Avenue.
Businesses on Winona Avenue will have access.
The detour for Winona Avenue east of Detroit Street will be signed and drivers can use Pope and Smith streets and Park Avenue.
It is anticipated that the road will be reopened Friday morning, weather dependent.
H&G Underground, a contractor for Indiana American Water, will be milling and replacing the asphalt patch in that area.
