Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Steve Haines, Kosciusko County Democrat Party chairman, announced Thursday he appointed Mandy Espinoza to replace Terry Hill on the Pierceton Town Council.
Hill's resignation from the council was effective at the end of January. Hill, 59, a council member since 1996 and lifelong town resident, is moving to Barbee Lake.
Also, the Democrats will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Pizza King, Winona Avenue. It is the last meeting of the party before the reorganization March 5.
