Deadline Friday For Leaders Of Tomorrow Nominations

The Times-Union and EMBARQ have joined together for a third year to sponsor a special program that will recognize young leaders in the area and across the state of Indiana.
"Indiana Leaders of Tomorrow" will honor youth in grades 9-12 for their leadership through community volunteerism, academic success and extracurricular activities.Those nominated in the area will be featured in a special section of the Times-Union.
Eleven finalists from around the state and the schools they attend will each receive a $500 cash award. The winner will receive a $2,500 cash award, and his or her high school will receive a $2,500 donation from EMBARQ.
Nomination forms are available via the Internet at www.leadersot.com or at the Times-Union office at the corner of Market and Indiana Streets in Warsaw.
All completed nomination forms should be sent to "Indiana Leaders of Tomorrow", c/o EMBARQ-Jack Moore, P.O. Box 866, 110 N. Chauncey St., Columbia City, IN 46725.
The deadline for nominations (by postmark) is Friday.
