Cromwell Man Faces Charges Of Sexual Misconduct

A Cromwell man is in Kosciusko County Jail on $100,000 bond on charges of sexual misconduct and child exploitation.

Joseph Ray Secrest Sr., 48, of 12026 Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell, was booked into KCJ at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. He has been charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, a Class B felony; criminal deviate conduct, a Class B felony; three counts of vicarious sexual gratification, a Class D felony; sexual battery, a Class D felony; and three counts of child exploitation, a Class D felony.

According to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office, the offenses reportedly occurred in 1995; three victims were involved. No further details were available.

A November hearing in Kosciusko Superior Court I has been set.

Secrest is already facing incest charges that were filed July 24.
