CROMWELL – A Cromwell man was arrested Tuesday for having alleged sexual relations with two female minors. Jimmie Joe Floyd Jr., 39, of 9358 E. Wizard Of Oz Way, Cromwell, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Tuesday at 10 a.m. on allegations of sexual misconduct with two minors, a 16- and a 15-year-old. His bond was set at $5,000. According to an affidavit provided by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office this morning, it states on Oct. 1, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Dept. officer spoke with a woman. Present with the woman were another woman and two juveniles. Many juveniles were at a birthday party at Jimmie and Nicole Floyd’s residence on Sept. 29, according to the first woman. There were other juveniles there at the party also drinking alcoholic beverages including beer, rum and vodka. The 16-year-old advised she was drinking some kind of vodka that Nicole Floyd had prepared for her. The minor stated that Jimmie had touched her inappropriately. The 15-year-old said that Jimmie had taught her how to play beer pong and furnished her with beer. The 16-year-old reported she went to sleep on a futon and her friends carried her outside as a joke. Jimmie picked her up and carried her to a bedroom and laid her on her bed. He touched her inappropriately. According to the 15-year-old victim, she said she went into the bedroom with other girls and Jimmie came and got her and told her she needed to get up and drink some water to sober up because her parents would be coming to pick her up shortly. She said Jimmie asked her if she wanted him to tell her parents about her drinking and she advised she did not. Jimmie said she owed him and put his arms around her like a hug and touched her inappropriately. The 15-year-old advised that Jimmie told her she needed to take some aspirin so they went to the bathroom to get the aspirin. She went to the living room and Jimmie came over and stood in front of her and had his pants down. Jimmie then left the room.
