MILFORD -ÊA Milford woman died in a van-truck collision Tuesday, making her the fourth traffic fatality in Kosciusko County in as many days.
Armina Schmucker, 75, was critically injured when her westbound mini-van traveled into the path of a northbound truck driven by Steven K. Earle, 49, New Paris.
The crash occurred at the intersection of CR 1050N and CR 300E.
Schmucker was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, where she was pronounced dead from injuries suffered in the accident. Earle suffered minor injuries
Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be a factor in this accident.
Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated and was assisted by Milford Fire Department and EMS and Syracuse EMS and fire and police departments.
