The Kosciusko County Health Department recently released the following food service inspection report. Five businesses received critical violations: • New Market, North Webster, was cited once each for expired chicken produce, smoky sausage, smoky breakfast sausage and bacon. The market also received one non-critical violation. • Lucky’s Tavern, North Webster, was cited once each for espired orange juice and expired milk. • Ruby Tuesday, Warsaw, was cited for gloves not being used with ready to eat food, and received two non-critical violations. • Louis’ Bar & Grill, Syracuse, was cited for freezer not at required temperature. • Wilby’s #3, Warsaw, was cited for expired meat, and received one non-critical violation.
