Convenience Store Owner, Sons Arrested for Drug Sales at Station

Three Warsaw men were arrested Thursday night after a four-month investigation involving the possession and sale of synthetic drugs out of the Phillips 66 Convenience and Fuel Station.
Following undercover purchases and testing of the substances being sold at the station at  2518 E. Center St., arrest warrants were issued and served on the owner and manager and his two sons, who are clerks at the business.
Jaswant Singh, 55, was arrested on charges of corrupt business influence and dealing in salvia or another synthetic cannibanoid and held on a $5,000 bond. Simranjit Singh, 23, and his brother Belwinder Singh, 20, were arrested for possession of a synthetic drug and held on a $10,000 bond. All three share a Warsaw address.
