Community Invited To Hear Holocaust Survivor Speak
Posted
Staff Report-
Community members are invited to hear Eva Kor’s first-person account of surviving Auschwitz concentration camp and the medical experiments of Nazi doctor Josef Mengele on Eva and her twin sister, Miriam. Though her childhood experiences were dark and tragic, Kor’s courage and her decision to forgive those who murdered her family and abused her will inspire. The event, “The Eva Kor Story: Surviving the Holocaust,” will be March 25 at 6 p.m. at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center at Grace College in Winona Lake. The event is free. Admission will be granted on a first-come basis. Seating capacity is 2,500. The Kosciusko County Community Foundation is sponsoring this event. For more information, visit www.KCFoundation.org/EvaKor
