A $200,000 bond was set for a Warsaw man who was arrested on drug charges Friday.
Roberto O. Ortiz, 27, of 920 Anchorage Road, Lot 87, Warsaw, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Friday and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on one count of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, Ortiz was arrested after a several-month investigation by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force.
Ortiz allegedly sold cocaine to undercover officers on numerous occasions.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force also obtained a search warrant for Ortiz's residence. Information regarding what was found in the residence was not released by the drug task force.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Kosciusko City-County SWAT team, Warsaw Police Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department and the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office.
