Bridge Was Played At SPEC
NORTH WEBSTER – Bridge was played at SPEC at the North Webster Community Center.
On Tuesday, Jane Eyler came in first and Jerry Hetrick came in second.
On Thursday, Dick Adams came in first and Kay Sutton came in second.
Wednesday Bridge Met At Grace Village
Wednesday Night Bridge Group met at Grace Village Wednesday.
The winners were Ron Schenkel, Joyce Metz, Tom Anderson, Kathy Clary, Dorothy Herring and Judy Stewart.
The group welcomes bridge players of all skill levels to join them from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays at Grace Village. If interested, call John Wagley at 574-268-1330.
Woodcarving Class Set For Today
A free woodcarving class will be at the Warsaw Public Library today from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The class is open to all ages (but an adult needs to stay present with younger children). Wood blanks and carving knives will be provided.
Examples of various types of woodcarving will be on display. The class is offered by the Kosciusko County Woodcarvers Club, which meets every Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Senior Activity Center, Lucerne Park, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw.
Enter the building on the north side. Visitors are always welcome.
