The city is scheduled to receive $147,898 in revenue from the Central Park Development District in 1999.
The funds, received in two disbursements of $73,949 are 75 percent of the $147,898 tax increment received from the Central Park area and Zimmer headquarters building, according to City Planner Jeff Noffsinger.
The city will make a bond payment of $28,835 from the funds received, leaving a balance of $99,048 in the district's account. After a Dec. 31, a 1999 increment receipt of $73,949 and a Feb. 1, 2000 bond payment of $113,835, the district's balance will be $59,162, Noffsinger said.
