Two preliminary plats will be considered for recommendation by the Warsaw Plan Commission tonight in city hall.
The Westhill Development, eight lots on 40.45 acres will be submitted by John Kimpel and Associates Inc. Zoned industrial, the subdivision is planned north of Medtronic - Sofamore Danek, along Silveus Crossing, south of CR 300N.
The second petitioner is Dale Custer who is planning Center Crest, a 22 lot subdivision on 22.235 acres. The subdivision is zoned commercial and is northwest of Center Street and CR 175E. Water and sewer are to be extended to the site.
Plan commission members are Lacy Francis, Alan Clingan, Richard Keeven, Tammy Dalton, Jim Gast, Jeff Grose and Joe Thallemer.
