ETNA GREEN - Charges are expected to be forwarded to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's office in regards to the shooting death of a dog on its owner's property.
Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department officers responded to a call Sunday on CR 25 in Etna Green after it was reported two dogs had been shot on their owners' property.
The owner, Beth Justice, claims her two dogs were on her property when a disgruntled neighbor shot at them from the street onto Justice's property. The neighbor's name was not available as of this morning.
Justice's black lab/great dane mix, Sidney, was shot and killed while Molly, a chocolate lab, was operated on and is currently in at an intensive care unit at a local veterinary hospital.
As of this morning, there was no report or more information at KCSD.
