Final plans are under way for the Court Appointed Special Advocate program's fourth annual Taste of the Harvest Holiday Wine Festival.
The event is Nov. 18 at the Center Lake Pavilion, Warsaw, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The evening will offer a variety of wines to taste, as well as cordials, non-alcoholic beverages, micro-brewed beers and coffees from Blue Lion Coffeehouse and Roaster. Noa Noa will provide this year's hors d'oeuvres, with a musical performance by harpist Sara Wall. Several wine baskets will be available for the silent auction.
The Holiday Wine Festival is underwritten by DePuy and Biomet. Gold sponsors are Hall & Marose Insurance, National City Bank, Instru-Med and Grossnickle Family Foundation.
Tickets are $25 each and all proceeds will benefit CASA. CASA provides trained volunteers to represent children in the court system due to abuse, neglect or those caught in volatile custody disputes. For more information, call 574-372-2401.
