In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, CARES and Fellowship Missions will host a free Community Mental Health Resource Fair on Wednesday, May 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at The Gathering Place, 123 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw.
This family-friendly event is designed to connect community members with local mental health resources and service providers in a welcoming, relaxed environment, according to a provided news release. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet local organizations face-to-face, ask questions, gather information and learn about available support services throughout Kosciusko County and surrounding areas.
Participating providers and organizations include Viking Psychiatry, Lifetouch Ministries, Bowen Health, Allendale Treatment, 100 Lakes Clubhouse, Kosciusko County LOSS (Local Outreach for Suicide Survivors) Team, Ellie Mental Health and additional local resources.
Guests can also enjoy:

• Creative art opportunities in the Maker Space
• Door prizes given away throughout the evening

The event aims to spark conversation, connection and awareness surrounding mental health while helping individuals and families discover local support options available within the community.
