Candidates Continue To File For Warsaw, Winona Lake, Syracuse

Two new candidates have filed for the May primary.
Dewey Lawshe has filed for a Warsaw City Council at-large seat, and John Boal filed for a Winona Lake Ward 2 seat.
Filing for Warsaw, Winona Lake and Syracuse began Jan. 19. Filing ends Feb. 18 at noon.
The primary is May 3, and the general election is Nov. 8.
As of 8 a.m. this morning, candidates to file for Warsaw offices are Joe Thallemer for Warsaw mayor; Lynne Christiansen for Warsaw clerk-treasurer; Jeff Grose for Warsaw City Council District 1; Charlie Smith for city council district 2; Jeff Carroll for city council district 3; Diane Quance for city council district 5; and Elaine Call and Lawshe for at-large city council seats.
For Winona Lake, Kent Adams and Retha Hicks have filed for clerk-treasurer; Dan Daggett for Winona Lake Ward 1; Terry Howie and Boal for Ward 2; Bruce Shaffner for Ward 3; Sue Gooding for Ward 4; and Randy Swanson for Ward 5.
For Syracuse, Bill Musser filed for District 5, Brian Woody filed for District 4, and Julie Kline filed for Syracuse clerk-treasurer.
