Boys And Girls Club Conducts Harley-Davidson Raffle

Posted

The 2002 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy has a maximum speed of 110 miles per hour.

That's about how fast the raffle tickets will sell for the Boys & Girls Club of Kosciusko County at $10 apiece or three for $25.

Introduced in 1990, the Fat Boy has been a favorite of the motorcycle company, its best seller for 1999.

The Fat Boy was purchased from River City Harley-Davidson, and all proceeds go to the United Way agency.

The motorcycle will be on display on the last day of the Kosciusko County 4-H and Community Fair, at the Show & Shine in the old track area.

The drawing will be held July 6 around 8:30 p.m. during the NTPA Super Semi Nationals.

Ticket are available at all area Ace Hardware Stores, Rock Bottom Warehouse, Pill Box Pharmacy, Zale Drug and Metzger and Sons Trucking.

Board members Jan Carter, at Leesburg Collectibles, and Nancy Derry, at Millers Merry Manor, also have tickets.

Tickets are also available at the Boys & Girls Club, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, and at the fairgrounds during the fair.

The winner assumes responsibility for licensing, registration and taxes.
