El Arriero was approved Thursday for a new Sunday beer sales retailer's permit by the Kosciusko County Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The restaurant is at 819 N. Detroit St., Warsaw.
The commission also approved the transfer of stock and Sunday sales for Channel Marker Restaurant, Syracuse. The restaurant will not undergo any changes except in paperwork, Ronald Johnson, president of J&M Enterprises Corp., said at the meeting.
Renewals for 15 retailer's permits were also approved. Those approved for renewal include Liquid Assets Package Liquor, Milford Party Pack Inc., American Legion Post 49, Sharrons Broadway, Warsaw Bowl, Pizza Hut, Wagon Wheel Playhouse, Gilliam Lanes and Cripplegate Crossing Inc.
None of the businesses seeking renewal have any pending violations.
