WINONA LAKE - The Billy Sunday festival kicks off June 13 with the opening of an American flag exhibit "Old Glory," featuring a private collection of flags on loan through the July 4 weekend.

Friday afternoon there will be free open house tours with Kathy Allison portraying Mrs. Sunday in the home from 2 to 5 p.m.; "Billy at the Stump," an open invitation to anyone wishing to impersonate Billy Sunday's preaching; and "The Other Side of the Coin," a public forum discussion about critical views of Billy Sunday, including a free showing of the movie "Elmer Gantry" at 4 p.m. (limited seating).

Friday events will culminate at 7 p.m. with the first of three festival performances of the nationally touring, one-man musical "Sunday in Manhattan." Admission is $1 per person at the door.
