Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Dept. deputies and emergency personnel responded Monday at 9:14 p.m. to a report of a bicyclist that had been struck by a motor vehicle in the area of 1039 West CR 300N in Warsaw. The victim, Joseph E. Roose, 27, Wabash, was lying in a ditch on the south side of the roadway suffering from extensive injuries to his left arm and chest pain.
