Silent auction items donated by hundreds of sponsors include: a collector set featuring 151 Dalmatian figurines, Midwest Rake outdoor tools, hand-pieced quilt, Guess watches, vet services, Papa Johns pizza, Warsaw Cut Glass, Hallmark Store donations, A Chicago package, a weekend getaway, Hummel figurines and many other items, some of which come packed inside a bonus Longaberger basket. A few more surprises round out the live auction. Vendors will offer pet-related information, and a repeat of last year's dog training demonstrations will again wow the crowd in the center stage area. The Warsminster Dog Show receives accolades every year as part of the Fur Ball. It is conducted with pets previously adopted from the shelter who will be vying for the first-place ribbon. Attendees will vote for their favorite, so bring your change and your dollar bills to cast votes. Call early to 574-267-3008 to make your reservation.
