Rozella Ford Lounge received two critical violations in recent food service inspection reports from the Kosciusko County Health Department. The Warsaw establishment received critical violations for staff eating in the food prep area and expired milk, according to the report. Rozella Ford Lounge also received five non-critical violations. Also in the August and September reports, Barbee Landing, Warsaw, received two critical violations for expired milk and expired juice, and received two non-critical violations. Pat Chicago Dogs, Syracuse, received two critical violations for weak table sanitizer and weak dishwasher sanitizer and also received one non-critical violation. McDonalds Detroit Street in Warsaw received one critical violation for the staff eating food in the prep area and received four non-critical violations. AVI Food System, Warsaw, also received a critical violation for a non-functioning truck thermometer. Wilby’s #9 in Mentone and Bryan’s Concession in Argos received one critical violation apiece for the cooler not being at the proper temperature. Wilby’s #9 also received one non-critical violation. Tippecanoe Country Club, Leesburg, received one critical violation for condensation water leaking, as well as two non-critical violations. Sunrise Deli in North Webster received one critical violation for contamination of food items and an additional non-critical violation. Stonehenge Country Club and Wawasee Cafe, both in Warsaw, received a critical violation apiece for hood systems that needed cleaning. Stonehenge received an additional four non-critical violations. Carniceria San Jose in Warsaw received two non-critical violations. Whetten Pizza, Milford; Pastime, Pierceton; Ruby Tuesday, Warsaw; Penguin Point #43, Syracuse; Penguin Point #2, Warsaw; and Applebees, Warsaw, all received one non-critical violation. Marsh #56, Warsaw, received two non-critical violations. The following establishments were inspected in August and September and received no violations: The Studio, Zoyo, Martin’s #26, Kosciusko County Work Release, Mi Lindo Acapulco, Korner Grill, Warsaw Deli Mart, Wendy’s, Jimmy John’s, Froggie’s Frozen Yogurt and Penguin Point #5, all in Warsaw; Mentone Senior Center in Mentone; Wilby’s #7, Shopoff’s Drive In, South Shore Bar, Sleepy Owl, Dairy Queen, Sweet Tooth Saloon, Grill/Gate BBQ and Louie’s Bar/Grill, all in Syracuse; Red’s Sweets in Claypool; The Old Farmhouse in Pierceton; Silver Inn in Silver Lake; Lucky’s Tavern, North Webster.
