Police used a stun gun on an Atwood man Thursday afternoon after he attempted to flee the scene of a traffic stop. Luke Isaac Reinhart, 34, of 221 S. Wray St., Atwood, and his passenger, Tasha Nicole Comment, 30, Van Wert, Ohio, were pulled over by Warsaw police around 3:30 p.m. Thursday for a seatbelt infraction. As officers were gathering information, Reinhart fled the scene of the stop on foot. Police used a stun gun on Reinhart and apprehended him after a short pursuit. Reinhart was preliminarily charged with resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and false informing with a $500 bond. Comment was booked on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and false informing with a $450 bond.
