A Warsaw man seriously injured in a Wednesday night two-vehicle crash was released from Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, according to a spokeswoman there.
According to an Indiana State Police report, Norman Yoh, 30, of Ligonier, failed to stop for a stop sign at Ind. 5 and CR 900W in Noble County. His car was struck on the driver's side by a car driven by Thomas M. Radowski, 27, of Warsaw.
Both men were taken to the Fort Wayne hospital, where Yoh was in critical condition and Radowski was initially in serious condition.
Neither Yoh nor an unnamed passenger in his car were wearing seat belts. The passenger refused medical treatment.
Yoh's blood-alcohol level, according to the report, was three times the legal limit of .08 percent.
The accident remains under investigation.
