A Chicago woman injured in a Sunday traffic accident has died as a result of her injuries.
Wendy Wilson, 27, suffered critical injuries in the 5:56 p.m. accident at the intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 1000N. She was initially taken from the scene of the accident to Goshen General Hospital and later airlifted to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where she died Tuesday.
Police said the accident occurred when Wilson pulled into the path of another vehicle.
