A driver with Jayh Construction ran a red light at Prairie and Buffalo streets around 10:30, according to an eyewitness, striking a vehicle traveling West on Prairie.
Information is limited, but accoding to scanner traffic there was an injured woman who complained of head pain. She was transported by EMS to a local hospital.
Prairie Street east of Bufflo and Bufallo were closed for 35 mnutes.
The names of those involved have not been released.
