The weekend's wet and cool weather didn't dampen the community's enthusiasm for two annual outdoor festivals: the Land of Lakes Gathering of the People Pow Wow, held at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, and Back to the Days of Kosciuszko, held in Warsaw's Lucerne Park.
