9/11 Ceremony Set For Wednesday At Center Lake Pavilion

A 9/11 ceremony has been scheduled for Wednesday outside Center Lake Pavilion.
The ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m.
State Representative Rebecca Kubacki is the featured speaker.
Lake Area Community Band will play before and after the ceremony.
Mike Cox, 9/11 committee co-chair, will provide opening remarks, and Ken Locke, 9/11 committee member, will lead a prayer.
Indiana Guard Reserve will present the colors.
Local resident Bryce Lippe will sing the National Anthem; Brad Kellar, Warsaw Police Department, will sing “God Bless The USA”; Ivory West, local artist, will sing “America The Beautiful”; and Ed Rock, Kosciusko County Emergency Management Services director, will sing “In God We Still Trust.”
Boy Scout Troop 715 will lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
Kimberly Stout, Red Cross, will announce the Battle of the Badges winner where local agencies competed to donate the most blood.
Rich Maron, veterans services officer, will discuss the significance of the folding of the flag, and Indiana Guard Reserve members will fold the flag.
Also on hand will be Patriot Guard members, Marine and Legion Riders and numerous emergency agencies.
