Three people suffered minor injuries after two vehicles collided and one hit a house on Union Street Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Warsaw Police Department, Saber L. Charlton, 19, of CR 300N, Warsaw, was driving a 1991 Jeep on Union Street when he allegedly ran a stop sign at the intersection with Winona Avenue in front of a 2005 Ford Focus driven by Kerra A. McCartney, 22, of Wellington Drive, Warsaw.
Charlton's Jeep then continued into a house at 321 S. Union St., owned by Chad Zartman. The house has been turned into an apartment building, and the apartment rented by Cassie Wadkins sustained an unknown amount of damage. Some of Wadkins' personal items, including a kitchen table, were damaged in the accident as well.
Charlton, who told police that he could not remember anything that happened in the crash, complained of pain to his entire body.McCartney complained of knee pain after the crash, and a passenger in her vehicle, Trista Moyer, 26, of Harrison Street, Akron, suffered bruising to her abdomen.
The damage from the accident is estimated to be between $10,000 and $25,000.
