Marc Alan Greene, 41, Mentone, was sentenced by Judge Rex Reed in Kosciusko Circuit Court Thursday. As part of a plea agreement, Greene pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, a Class B felony, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. On Aug. 15, 2009, Greene used his Chevy pickup to pin and crush Brad Dean Wetzel, 40, Syracuse, against the front of a car near Dewart Lake. Witnesses to the incident said they saw a car and a truck stop in the roadway, pointing toward each other, and then Greene and Wetzel began to argue while standing between the two vehicles.
