Zoners to Review Exception for China Studio

Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals will review a special exception request to allow a hand-painted china studio in a residential district Monday night.
The request is from Rosella Hawkins, who lives at 1503 E. Fort Wayne S.
Hawkins recently moved to Warsaw from Iowa where she ran a small-painted china studio out of her home.
The city is recommending the special exception with the contingency that Hawkins have a 1-square-foot sign as advertisement.
The board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at city hall.
Board members are Rick Keeven, Tammy Dalton, Derrick Haniford, Mary Ellen Rudisel-Jordan and Tom Allen.
