Worth Packer's request for a three-unit apartment building at the corner of East Fort Wayne and North McKinley streets will be heard by the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals tonight at 7 p.m.
Packer's request is a special exception because it would occur in a commercial zone.
Board members also will discuss manufactured home requirements and talk about special exceptions to the city's zoning ordinance.
BZA members are Alan Clingan, Dan Hampton, Tom Heuer, Rick Keeven and Bruce Woodward.
