MIDDLEBURY -ÊWawasee's girls basketball team hammered Northridge 86-51 on Friday to win its first Northern Lakes Conference title since 1985.
Wawasee, ranked No. 2 in Class 3A, improves to 20-0 overall and finishes 7-0 in the NLC. Twenty consecutive wins also set a school record for girls basketball. Northridge falls to 8-10 overall and finishes 2-5 in the NLC.
