Editor, Times-Union: They opened Zimmer Road finally and the traffic came speeding by. Does this mean those of us that live on Zimmer Road can deduct the sheriff expenses from our county tax bill because we have no protection? Apparently, the sheriff has orders not to issue speeding tickets to those who ignore the sign that speeding is not allowed.
