Zimmer Biomet at 1800 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana in respect to the operations located at 345 East Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit ING250103 to discharge non-process wastewater from a once through non-contact cooling water operation. Discharge will be from an on-site Cooling Pond to Kelly-Zimmer Ditch receiving the discharge, which drains to Walnut Creek.
