YMCA Spring II Registration

Posted
Try out some exercise programs at the YMCA this spring.

Have trouble sticking to a fitness routine? A class at the Y is just the thing to keep you interested.

Need other people to help keep you motivated? Y programs are the perfect place to meet people interested in the same physical activity that you are, that can help keep you motivated and coming back for a more consistent work-out routine.

The Y offers adult fitness classes in aerobics, boot camp, pilates, yoga, water aerobics, indoor group cycling, and BOSU. The YMCA also is excited about serving the youth of the community with lessons and classes in swimming, gymnastics, cheerleading and dance.

Two new programs available this session are jumprope and an outdoor cycling club. The jumprope class for children ages 8 to 14 will help develop rhythm, balance, coordination and team work. Children will learn single rope tricks as well as skills in double dutch. The Outdoor Cycling Club will give participants an opportunity to ride outside with a group of fellow cycling enthusiasts on road and mountain bike trails.

Registration for The Kosciusko Community YMCA Spring II Session begins Saturday for members and March 26 for non-members. Spring II will run from April 9 through May 27.

Register online by clicking "online class registration" on the Web site at www.kcymca.org or by visiting one of the three YMCA locations.
