A new retirement community is set to be completed by mid-June.
Yellow Retirement is currently under construction behind Wal-Mart Super Center in Warsaw.
It will feature 58 units for seniors looking for condo-style living.
The complex features two-bedroom condos with garages.
Payments are at $685 a month including water.
While the condos are near Wal-Mart, they face a wooded area that separates them from U.S. 30.
The condos are pet friendly.
Things like snow shoveling, maintenance and repairs are all taken care of by Yellow Retirement.
