BOURBON – Yanette M. “Bear” Fisher, 62, of Bourbon, died of natural causes Dec. 6, 2012, in her residence. She was born Sept. 1, 1950, in Tokyo, Japan, to Harold H. and Arlene D. Davis Fisher . She was a resident of the Bourbon area for the past several years. She had been a care giver for many local residents and was also a horse farrier. She was active in the Bourbon American Legion Auxiliary and had attended Bourbon First United Methodist Church. As a 1969 graduate of River Valley High School, Three Oaks, Mich., she furthered her education at Brown Mackey College where she received her associate’s degree as a medical assistant. Surviving is a brother, Patrick Fisher, Yountville, Calif. She was preceded in death by a brother. No services or calling are planned. Cremation will take place.
