The husband of a Syracuse woman killed in a July traffic accident is seeking to collect for his losses through a wrongful death lawsuit.
The case was filed recently in Kosciusko Circuit Court and names Anthony Conley as being responsible for the death of 59-year-old Judith Rollins. Conley, 49, of Warsaw, recently was charged with driving while intoxicated/causing death and criminal recklessness in connection with the accident.
Rollins suffered multiple injuries in the accident. Her husband, Eugene Rollins, was named the representative of her estate. There also is a surviving son.
