Warsaw Board of Public Works and Safety approved several contracts Friday.
The board approved a $735 contract between the Warsaw Fire Department and ACS Government Systems for firehouse software support.
The board also:
n Approved event contracts for the Warsaw Parks Department.
n Approved a $35-per-month contract between the waste water treatment facility and Allen Business Machines for copier machine maintenance.
n Approved a three-year contract between the waste water treatment facility and Wildman Uniform and Linen for cleaning floor mats.
The board also approved travel requests for the waste water treatment facility, Warsaw police and fire departments, and Mayor Ernie Wiggins to attend a mayor's conference in Indianapolis in February.
The board approved a six- month review pay increase for Cemetery Sexton Hal Heagy, whose pay will increase by $500 a year.
Park Department Activities Director Janelle Wilson said the department is looking into having Mickey Thomas, of Jefferson Starship, perform at the Classic Rock Concert June 20 at Central Park. She said the department will prepare a contract for the board to review at its next meeting.
