A South Bend woman was arrested over the weekend after allegedly dragging another woman whose hand was trapped in a car window.
Kelli Darlene Zach, 31, was booked into Kosciusko County Jail at 3:25 a.m. Sunday. She has been charged with driving while intoxicated and criminal recklessness. Zach is being held on $3,000 bond.
Zach allegedly rolled her car window up on Dawn Paige Schwinnen's hand and proceeded to drive down North Buffalo Street near Market Street.
Schwinnen, no address available, was treated and released from Kosciusko Community Hospital early Sunday. A Warsaw police officer observed Schwinnen was dragged almost two blocks before Zach stopped her car.
