A Warsaw woman was arrested after a domestic dispute this morning. Crystal M. Bennett, 33, of 1613 E. Clark St., Warsaw, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Today at 6:24 a.m., Warsaw police responded to a 911 hang up call at 1613 E. Clark St. Dispatchers called the number back and were told that a domestic argument was occurring and a female had a knife. Officers arrived and located Michael A. Mott, 41, same address, suffering from three minor stab wounds to his right front chest.Emergency medical personnel attended to Mott, but he refused to be transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Warsaw police recovered a steak knife used in the stabbing and determined that an argument over drug use occurred between Mott and Bennett. The investigation showed that Bennett and Mott fought between themselves, resulting in minor injuries to each of them. Both parties were intoxicated. Warsaw police transported Bennett to the Kosciusko County Jail and booked her in for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
