WISE Plans 'Strengths' Event Thursday

Posted
WISE Inc. will hold the second edition of “I Know My Strengths, Now What?” Thursday evening in Latte Lounge, featuring Carrie Meyer, certified strengths based educator and director of online learning at Taylor University.
Meyer will demonstrate how to use your strengths to your advantage by better understanding yourself, others and the perceptions others may have of you, states the announcement from WISE. The interactive event is designed to complement the results of a Strengthfinders Assessment.
Though it is not required to complete the assessment  prior to the event, it is strongly recommended, according to the announcement. All members received a book with assessment instructions upon joining WISE. For anyone who is not a member or who did not receive a book and wishes to attend, there will be a place on the registration form to request the assessment.
There will be complimentary pastry and fruit trays at the event. Attendees are responsible for their own beverages, if interested.
Check-in at the event at Latte Lounge, 108 N. Buffalo St., starts at 5:15 p.m. and Meyer begins her portion at 5:45 p.m. Closing remarks and open networking time begin at 7 p.m.
Registration is open through today and the cost is $15 for non-members. To register, go to www.wiseincorporated.org.
