Bad weather came into the area last night and it looks like it will continue until Christmas Day.
A wintry mix came into the area Wednesday afternoon leaving slick roads and sidewalks in its wake.
A representative from the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department said they have received dozens of calls of vehicles going off the road.
In Pierceton, Town Marshal Tim Sammons said his officers stayed busy with accidents that also included one at the intersection of Old 30 and Ind. 13.
Sammons encouraged drivers to be careful on the roads and "take it slow" as the roads remain slick.
There was a semi accident reported last night west of Arnold Drive in Pierceton, but no one was injured.
Two minor injuries were reported by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department in relation to weather-related traffic accidents.
The forecast for tonight is heavy rains, and temperatures in the upper 30s are expected for tonight.
For Christmas Day, there is a chance of rain or snow until midday. Wind gusts Christmas Day may reach 40 mph.
